Description
recently moved from 2.0 to 2.1 stable from svn
did a migration as described. all files remained and all the permissions are fine
but I'm getting
Listening on /tmp/thin.1.sock, CTRL+C to stop
svn: warning: Can't open file '/root/.subversion/servers': Permission denied
