Let messages have a "solved" flag

Description

It would be easier to go through the messages in the forums if there was a "solved" flag users could set to show that their questions have been answered.

  • A filter could then be used to only show "open" messages.
  • The subject could then be prepended with "[Solved]" which would quickly indicate which messages are still open when seeing the board overviewt
