When you submit a new defect you can chose between the buttons "Create" and "Create and continue" (don't know the exact english wording, "Anlegen und weiter" in german). In previous version when you pressed "Create and continue" many fields like target version were pre-filled with the values from the recently submitted defect. This does not work in 2.3.0 anymore
