Description
Rather than remembering the syntax it would be nice if all large text fields had a pop-up link builder allowing the user to build links to Wikis, subsections of Wikis, commits, particular lines/revisions of source files etc.
It would also have a search box so you could type something you think was mentioned in a commit message or wiki you'd like a link to and it would offer up search results.
I haven't quite got around to doing mock-up screenshots but does anybody else think this is worth pursuing ?

Another way would be allowing links to be dragged from say a line of a code viewing page to a text field. No idea how feasible this would be.
