Description

Hi Redmine Team,
I suggest this feature:
When User A create new issue, redmine will add user or list users as watchers.

This feature is great when using Redmine as an support website: if user of company A send a bug, it will automatically add some bosses of that company as watchers (of course all users has access permisson)
