We to give permission for company management to manage members on projects but without having the rights to change any settings. But apparently it cannot be done unless we add them to each project. Need to know if there are anyway to get this done. Basically the requirement is,
The user should not be an admin but need to have the rights to create projects and manage the members globally but should not have to be in the projects.
This is being discussed over 4 years ago (#1007) but apparently the solution given is not exactly what is required.
