Also dump History information while exporting issues as CSV or PDF file.

On pages like http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/issues we can dump many fields' contents, even including the description.
But to some reason, we need a csv file include the discussion records as well as the other information of the issues.
So I am guessing whether dumping the discussion (history) information can become an additional option while exporting the issues information, or I would try to exporting such a CSV file using SQL or some other script files manually.
