I think it's nice to have a custom field that can be mandatory or optional base on another custom field value.
Or is this already available?
example
Custom field1: (List) Group A, Group B, Group C, Group D
Custom field2: Text
If Custom field1 = "Group D" then Custom field2 should be mandatory
