Description
I would like each user being able to disable or enable (gr)avatars (if they are enabled globally).

The whole point of having a Gravatar is that you want your uploaded image to appear wherever you use the email you set up your Gravatar with.
Nevertheless, I like the idea :-)

I mean, currently there is an option to disable/enable (gr)avatars on whole Redmine installation. All users either see them or don't. I would like an analogous per-user option: so that every user can choose whether they want to see (other) users' avatars or not.

Hi, I'm worry about the gravatar tracks movement on internet.
I think the user need a button (default off) for permission to take the hash from email.
