Description
When we try to apply filters for the issues under "Issues" tab in redmine, some security exception is throwing.
we are using https. we just find out some primary cause is due to some special character "utf8=%E2%9C%93" is appending to the url when we apply filter from "issues" page. Can anyone help on this please?
