<ul></ul><p>+1<br />I'd go even a step further and introduce a "read"-concept in Redmine. Issues are flagged as "read" (for a user) when the user has opened an issue. Unread issues are issues that are newly created of have been edited after last reading. On custom-query-level, we could thus also list the count of unread-issues.
