Description
If we create a new subproject it is possible to inherit members from the parent. This is a very nice feature and makes very sence.
At the moment you always have to select "inherit members" during the creation of sub project.
I think it would be nice to have an option in Administration/Projects settings to define if subprojects always should inherit members from the parent.
