Currently if a plugin provides its own pages, there is no way for a theme to change the look of the plugin. The only way to accomplish this is to manually replace the assets in the plugin directory. Obviously this is not the most elegant or robust solution.

Ideally a theme would be able to supply assets for a specific plugin, which would be loaded instead of the plugins own assets.
