Adding per project selections for the key/value type

Description
The key/value type has the option in the admin page enabling and disabling keys.
This functionality would be great in the project configurations, too.
The administrator can still provide all fields and select the system wide available keys.
But the project manager would have the option only to enable a subset of the available keys in the project.
This would give the option similar to boolean values but would have the benefit that this would be be possible inside one variable.
