Support removal of files from document with multiple files

Description

After creating a document and adding a second file, the file can not be removed. If the wrong file has been selected in the file selection box there is no way to correct this issue by removing the file entry for that document.

OOPS, I found it, there is a tiny trash icon beside the entry of the file list in the detail view of th edocument.
