This patch adds a "select" to the issues listed in my/page and project/list_issues. The select show the current
issue status, and a list of possible statuses for the current logged in user. If a new status is selected, the change
status action is called.

Functionally, what is missing (from my point of view) is a redirect to the list from where the new status was selected,
after the new status is saved (currently we are redirected to the complete issue view).

It would also be good to fix the look of that select (it is too big) and, maybe, how parameters are passed
to "authorize_for", but I wouldn't go so far!
