Description
As a user new to redmine, it would help me very much to be reminded that "Roles" have to be associated to link users to projects.
Maybe change the header in the Roles view to something like "Roles <small>assign permissions of users to projects</small>", or under the heading: "Users can have different roles in different projects. Define permissions of a Role here." - you get the picture
