Problem with projects displayed in header

Description

Hi, after upgrading to 3.4.0 (a few minutes ago, thanx for release!!!) I found that our projects are somehow listed in header.
I tried to disable all the plugins - it didn't helped.
Next, I tried to play with different Themes and found that:
  • Affected
    • Alternate
    • Classic
    • A1 (RedmineUp)
    • Circle (RedmineUp)
  • Not affected
    • Default

Can I somehow help a liitle bit more?
