Description
Sometimes it very important to know when exactly and for what reason certain changes were made by Redmine administrator.
E.g. when a certain role was given to a user or when certain status transitions where added/removed from issue lifecycle, etc. As for now, Redmine provides no tools to do that.
It would be very useful to log such changes including a comment on why these changes were made.
