i have faced Issue reminder Template plugins,
i did't see issue reminder template ,when i installed(redmine 2.4.2.stable),
How can i create issue reminder template on (2.4.2.stable) generate and use issue templates for each projects.
i have fallowed this methods

- Category deleted (
Administration) - Status changed from New to Closed
- Priority changed from Urgent to Low
- Resolution set to Invalid
