different colors for priorities

Description

I really like using filters in the Issues module. Great work!

One thing that might be nice is to color code issues based on priority. For example, if the issue is urgent, then the
row is red. Or if the issue is Normal, then the row color is white.

I guess this might be similar in concept to current ability to specify status colors.

I have created a quick patch for this:

It is only a temporary patch, but works well enough.

Issue list can be colorize using a custom templates.
Colors can be defined for priority classes set on each tr.
Class names are based on priority position, eg: priority-1 (lowest),
priority-2...
