Set default target version when moving issues to another project

Description

When moving an issue to a another project, the default version of the new project should automatically be set on the issue. Currently when trying to change the project of an existing issue, the target version textbox will be erased.

My Environment:
  Redmine version                3.4.2.stable
  Ruby version                   2.3.0-p0 (2015-12-25) [x86_64-linux]
  Rails version                  4.2.8
  Environment                    production
  Database adapter               PostgreSQL
