In Redmine, you can change the CSS style in the issues list depends on the priority and status.
The patch adds the same CSS style when you show the details of an issue.

Could you include this patch in Redmine ?

I'm actually going through the issue views and updating the CSS classes so they are all similar (e.g. issue form, issue details, bulk edit form).
