Faster way to close issues

Description
It would be very useful (if not necessary) to be able to close issues with just one click from the list of open issues
(instead of having to go through two different pages, and then to click back to the list). I was thinking that this
could be done using a combobox where the user could choose if it is closed or resolved, and maybe to set it to 100%.
For example:

closed
closed - 100%
resolved
</combo>
This way, when you don't need to add notes and set an exact percentage, it would be much faster to manage this little
issues.

Closing a batch of issues is now possible using the 'bulk edit'
functionnality (from the issue list).
I prefer this solution over adding a drop down list on each
issue.
