When you have a large list of related issues and use the "add" link, the input controls are put on the bottom of the list of related issues, forcing the user to scroll down to input the issuenumber.
Maybe it would be possible to do one of the following:

• Have the input controls at the top of the list, and adding the related issue to the top of the list
• Remove the add link and display the input form for adding of related issues at all times (either at the top or the bottom - thus making it unnecessary to clik the link first)
