If you change the contents of the list, the change is not reflected at all in past issues.

Format:Key/value list
If you change the contents of the list, the change will be reflected in all past issues.
I want a function that falls in the middle of these(No.1 & No.2).
For example, when changing the contents of the list on the “Custom field” edit screen of the management menu, check the check box of the project for which the change is to be reflected.
When you press the "save" button, all changes will be reflected in the project issues checked in the checkbox.
