As of #17455 (Easier anchor linking / Textile anchor links)
[[#Helpful-links]] displays #Helpful-links as link text. Thats not totally what I would expect.
I would expect to see Helpful-links.
Of course I can write [[#Helpful-links|Helpful-links]].
BTW there is no hint for this on the current wiki syntax page
