Add a filter for 'Start-Date is not in the future'

I try to setup 'My Page' in Redmine, to show me the tasks which are in one status and are basically 'doable'. I don't want to see tasks which have a start-date in the future, like tomorrow or in 120 days.
I just want to see what's available to be done right now.
I don't think there's a way to do this right now.
The closest is 'start date' - 'more than days ago' '0'. But this doesn't show any tasks which have no start date at all.
