Hi,
I would like to have more control on how people your me as a watcher and if I shall get notifications or now.
So new watcher User Stories can include:
As a Redmine User I want to control wheather I can be used as a watcher or not.
As a Redmine User I want to stop all mail from watches that had been added by others but not me.
As a Redmine User I want to deny certain users to use me as a watcher.
As a Redmine Admin I want to warcher permissions so that I can define a group of watchers a group can select.
I beleive any of those can help my current spam problem.
