Include custom fields on the issue list

Description
A way of customizing the issues table would be very handy. It should allow:
- adding/removing columns
- reordering
- include both standard and custom fields
I've noticed that the custom fields already get exported to CSV, so you're probably getting there...

1. and 2. are now available for saved queries.

As of r785, default columns for the issue list can be selected
at application level in 'Admin -> Settings'.
Saved queries can still overide this selection.

Hi again,
Point 3. is committed in r889.
Custom fields can now be displayed as columns on the issue list.
Custom fields marked as "for all projects" can be added
to the default columns of the issue list (in application
settings).
Project specific custom fields can be displayed on custom
queries.

Thanks for the feedback and for the hard work. I'll try to
test it ASAP and maybe we'll end up using Redmine for some
projects here at my employer after all.
That said, do you have any plans of accepting some form of
donation ;) ?
