Description

I'd like to be able to make time logging optional per project. This would be useful for e.g. using the same install
to manage projects for clients vs open-source apps.

This is possible as of r725. Modules can be disabled at project
level.

Go to the project settings and uncheck 'Time tracking' on the
'Modules' tab.
