One of the biggest criticisms we receive from our users is that they cannot have configurable enumerated fields per project without being an administrator, other than the Category field. Indeed, when we divide the project into several sub-projects to address the different software components of our product, we are forced to build long enumerated lists with separators. In addition, we are forced to grant administrator rights in order to modify these enumerated lists, even though these rights allow for the modification of highly sensitive configurations (such as LDAP configuration).

It would be very useful to be able to create custom list or key/value fields with the same characteristics as the Category field, i.e., a field configuration that can be done via the project configuration tab and is applicable to that project only.
