News from a project not using the 'news' module ANYMORE, are still diplayed in the global activity

Description
I'm surprised to find in the global page for news (/news) a news for a project that dont use news anymore. And indeed, if i click on the link, i get a 403.
If i go to the project and enable 'news' in the module list, i can confirm there is still this old news, and the link now works.
I'm using Redmine 0.8.7.devel.3070 (SQLite)
