custom-field sort function or make new format for custom-field.

Isn't there method of permuting custom-field?
(Maybe 'Administration - Custom fields' is best place)
Or make multi-selectable List / boolean array(checkbox list).
I hope to use it 'platform environment'.
ex. Win2k/XP/Vista/XP64/Vista64/...
Maybe current custom-field is sort by create time.
So add/insert another custon-field, order become bad.

As of r901, custom fields can be reordered.
