Users tend to use absolute HTTP URLs when linking internal redmine resources (issues, documents, wiki pages) and it's almost impossible to learn them the correct usage.
It would be nice if URLs referring to internal resources were automatically converted to the canonic wiki form. It should be done when a wiki text is submitted and it might be configurable.
Example: When I type http://www.redmine.org/issues/3982, the link will be saved as #3982.
