Description

Allow non use of versions (and thus disable Roadmap) to allow ongoing projects to work without versionning system and
get rid of unnecessary fields/menus.

With r1097 and r1107, the Roadmap menu item and the 'Fixed version' field are hidden if no version is defined on a project.
