Description
Would it be possible to change the user drop down lists used in the application to make the users in the list sorted
by name at the moment they seem to be sorted based on the order they were created. It can be difficult to find a user
in the list when there are a lot of users on the system.

Fix committed in r939.
'Assigned to' drop down list is now sorted by user's lastname.
