I didn't see it elsewhere in the Feature Requests -- apologies if this is a repost.
It would be handy to be able to edit timelog entires. Submitting "20" instead of "2" hours is bound
to happen with some frequency. Also, issues are sometimes split halfway through into billable and unbillable tasks.
Would be nice to be able to edit retroactively.

Dunno what are you talking about. It's already there. Try to
play with your rights.

As Michael said, users are already allowed to edit their own
time entries.
If it doesn't work as expected, please fill a bug report.
