Make possible to include trailing question mark in the hyperlink

Consider the following links:
- http://www.red5.org/wiki/Documentation/UsersReferenceManual/GettingStarted/01-Frequently-Asked-Questions#Does_Red5_support_multicast_streaming?
- Red5 multicasting?
As you can see both automatic and manual link are broken (the anchor contains the question mark as well).
I understand that in most of the cases excluding the question mark is the desired behavior (i.e. when you end up a question sentence with a hyperlink). But sometimes (like in this particular case) it is necessary to include it. I suggest to enhance the link syntax to something like "Link text":"http://example.com/#test?"
