Please see Feature #704 first.

I have Redmine 0.6.devel.1163 and 'auto' option is missing in Settings - Administration for default language selection.
I've did svn up and db:migrate to be sure that I'm up-to-date.

Redmine installation @ site5 via FCGI (using MySQL).
