Description
is there a possiblity to define some kind of special ticket, say, overhead, which may be used as overhead estimated hours container? then, when there would be some 'overhead' (not planned) project tasks discovered, these may automatically decrement estimated hours from this special issue and, this way, use the estimated time for themselves, without changing project time budget
