Set the order of sub wiki pages manully on "index by title"

Currently, the "index by title" displays sub wiki pages ordered by their titles.
It will be more navigable if the order of sub pages can be adjusted manually so user can read all pages in a top-down manner.
The "Parent-Child" relation can be also set in the "index by title" page with buttons like "MoveUp/MoveDown/IncreaseLevel/DecreaseLevel".
