If multiple roles are implemented for fine grained access tunig, the roles&permissions matrix view gets nasty because it won't extend to a schrollable frame in the page like a ticket list with many columns would do.
Make it scrollable like the ticket list.

Another option could be adding a tooltip on every checkbox indicating which pair [role,permission] it's related to.
Another solution could be duplicating the permissions column to make it the first and the last of the table, that way finding out which pair [role,permission] we are working on would be possible in an environment with tens of roles such as ours
The lack of this feature makes us grant/revoke permissions role by role pretty often, which makes it really slow
