Expanding portions of the UI not working anymore

Description
In the "Issues" list view, when I click on options, the options are no longer displayed
Also, when trying to update an issue's description, when I click on "more" the issue is redisplayed (goes out of "update" mode).

Got it. I was missing "scriptaculous" under /usr/share/
Installing it solved the problem.
