A custom field of type "User" allows only selection of users, not of user groups. It would be a useful feature, if we could configure a custom field of type "User" in a way that it allows both, user and user group groupo selection, exactly like the "Assignee" field does. Most likely this should be an option for the custom field. Maybe the implementation wouldn't be that much, because the "Assignee" field already has this feature (?). >!Group.PNG!
