It should be possible to get reports on 'Spent time' even if 'Time tracking' module is disabled (but without possibility to report time). There are multiple reasons for that: # 1. Sub-projects with 'Time tracking' module enabled. in that case it is possible to get a summary of all efforts; # 2. Efforts were previously reported, but later the 'Time tracking' module has been disabled. There is a workaround - temporarily enable 'Time tracking' for the project, get info and disable it back. It would obviously much more easier if it was a default behavior.
