Redmine

This release will focus on workflow and issue permissions enhancement: private issues, ability for certain roles to view their own issues, more configurable workflow, and permissions on issue properties.

Some security enhancements will also be achieved: more secure user passwords storage (with per user "salt":http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salt_%28cryptography%29) and the ability to crypt LDAP or SCM passwords that are used by Redmine and stored in the database.
