where is project_news_index_path(@project)

Hi,
there are many places in Redmine like:

url => project_news_index_path(Herve Harster),

but there is no function project_news_index_path ?! Kindly asking for a hint, how this works?

$ rake routes | grep project_news_index
   project_news_index GET  /projects/:project_id/news(.:format) news#index
    (1-1/1)
