Redmine

Hi!
I have a project category I'm responsible for. I want to be notified about any activities in this category.
Systems like Bugzilla let you subscribe to all activities in a category ("watch category") or for a user ("watch user").
I created a feature request here: http://www.redmine.org/issues/4558
can this be implemented in 1.0?

this does not look like a complex task.
