Possible for individual and Portfolio Project Dashboard?

In addition to individual project dashboards, I need the ability to compare multiple projects side-by-side showing progressing.

We really need a feature for portfolio dashboard to view the list of all projects, each projects open issues, start date, close date, current version, manager, developer etc.

Any feature or plugin will be hugely helpful for us. This is the feature we are lacking for a long time. We are willing to make a contribution as developer for this feature.
